Свершилось!!! ПОВЛ!!!

Это долгожданное событие таки свершилось 16 января! Накануне дня рождения наших дочек. Отличный подарок - не правда ли? :) Главное, что мы уже собирались сесть писать им письмо с вопросом о состоянии нашего дела (вторично заказывать КАИПС не хотелось - вроде итак все было уже очевидно...), как вдруг в инбокс падает письмо с заглавием RE: immigra....... Игорь удивился, мол,каким образом? Я же только сел им писать, а тут уже ответ... Вот такое смешное совпадение было :). Какое-то счастливое это число "16". 16 июня у нас было интервью и были выданы нам сертификаты отбора Квебека, а 16 января получен запрос на паспорта. Ниже будет текст самого письма. Все ПОВЛы выглядят по-разному, а вот как выглядит наш ПОВЛ.

Dear Mr. ХХХХХХХХ,     

This refers to your application for permanent residence in Canada.

Your file appears to be complete and we are now prepared to issue your permanent residence visas, conditional upon a final admissibility review by an immigration officer. Your visas will be valid for travel to Canada until 12 September 2013. Extensions to this validity are not possible. Visas will be issued to:

Visas will only be released if, by the time of visa issuance, all information provided in your application remains COMPLETE, ACCURATE and UNCHANGED and other requirements remain valid.  Therefore, if any changes occur in your application prior to visa issuance (birth, marriage, divorce, etc.), you are required to inform the Immigration Section in writing immediately and wait for further instructions. Your visa(s) would be invalid if the information provided does not accurately reflect the legal status of each of your family members - note that you will NOT be permitted to enter Canada if the information provided to our office prior to your arrival in Canada is incomplete or incorrect.

To obtain your visas, you must send the following documents to the Embassy of Canada in Moscow (see below for instructions):

1. this letter;
2. your and your accompanying family members’ original foreign travel passport(s). Children must have their own passports;
3. completed Appendix “A” (see attached). Please ensure that Appendix “A” is signed and dated by the Principal Applicant. We will only accept forms which contain the principal applicant’s original signature.  Unsigned forms will be returned and will result in a delay in visa issuance;
4. other documents and/or payments – see Appendix “B”.

You cannot submit the above documents in person at the Embassy of Canada to obtain your visa(s). You have the following two options for submitting these documents:

• through the Visa Service department of Pony Express (see http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/russia-russie/visas/service.aspx?lang=eng&view=d)

OR

• via the International Organization for Migration (IOM) (see http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/russia-russie/visas/service.aspx?lang=eng&view=d)

Please note that Pony Express and IOM charge a fee for their services.

You should submit the above documents within 30 days from the date of this letter. Otherwise, the processing of your application will be delayed.

You should not make any plans to travel to Canada until you are in possession of your passports and the required visas.

Please note that for the "Personal History" and "Addresses" sections you must provide details from the age of 18. There must be no gaps (even a month long) in the "Personal History" and "Addresses" sections. Forms must be original. Copies sent by email or fax are not acceptable.

 Please provide TWO (2) recent photographs for yourself and each family member accompanying you to Canada (old photos will not be accepted).  The photos must:

- be identical (black and white, or colour) and produced from the same untouched negative, or exposed simultaneously by a split-image of multi-lens camera;

- measure between 25 mm (one inch) and 30 mm (1.181 inches) from chin to crown;

- have a 35 mm x 45 mm (1 ³/₈" x 1 ³/₄'’) finished size. Please do not cut the photos.

Я, конечно, понимаю, что это паранойя, но напрягает эта фраза:

Получается, что один только ПОВЛ не гарантирует стопроцентного успеха? Вчера, т.е 21.01.2013 мы сдали все требуемые документы вместе с паспортами и ПОНИ понесли их в Москву. Как-то надо пережить 2 недели ... Конечно сыграл ещё тот факт, что работница ПОНИ так, невзначай, рассказала историю семьи, иммигрирующей из Сочи (!), у которых в канун Рождества запросили паспорта, а 9 января им вернулись паспорта пустыми. Мол, они пребывают в шоке. Это, безусловно, напрягло. Поиск не выдал аналогичных ситуаций в интернете. В общем... надо пережить эти 2 недели!
